Service/Parts Advisor
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, standard workshop hours (with occasional Saturday shifts required)

- Workload: Managing front-of-house customer enquiries, booking in vehicles for servicing and repairs, sourcing/ordering 4x4 specialist parts, liaising between customers and workshop technicians, and processing invoices

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Service / Parts Advisor or Automotive Front-of-House Specialist to join our workshop team in Tonbridge. In this key dual role, you will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for our loyal customer base, handling vehicle bookings, sourcing specialist parts, providing quotes, and keeping the workshop workflow running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Parts Advisor within the automotive trade.
- Solid understanding of vehicle parts, servicing routines, and customer service standards (4x4 or Land Rover knowledge is a distinct advantage).
- Strong communication skills with an organised, proactive mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Tonbridge / Hildenborough Area, Kent (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A21 and A26, with swift access to the A228, M20, and M25, offering fast commutes across Kent and Sussex.
