Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

- Training & Development: Ongoing specialist vehicle training pathways, dealer-level software systems training, and career progression routes
- Workload: Managing front-counter customer enquiries, booking in servicing/maintenance, interpreting vehicle parts diagrams, sourcing OEM components, and liaising directly with workshop technicians

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Parts Advisor / Automotive Front Desk Specialist to join our team in Tonbridge. You will be the bridge between our customers and our workshop technicians—handling service bookings, advising clients on vehicle health checks, providing parts quotes, ordering components, and delivering a seamless 5-star customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Aftersales role.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive parts systems, electronic parts catalogues, and workshop management software.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task between customer service desk duties and workshop logistics.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Tonbridge Area, Kent (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated with direct access to the A21, A26, and nearby M20 / M25 corridors, offering fast commutes across West Kent.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Tonbridge and Paddock Wood mainline stations with regular regional bus services.
- Commutable From: Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood, Maidstone, and Kings Hill.
