We are a premier independent 4x4 specialist based in Kent, known for top-tier repair, maintenance, and vehicle modification work. Stepping away from the rigid structure of franchise dealerships, we collaborate closely with dedicated vehicle enthusiasts on custom off-road prep, classic vehicle builds, and specialist servicing. What is in it for you:
- Salary: Β£28,000 β Β£35,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am β 5:30 pm | Alternate Saturday mornings (8:30 am β 12:30 pm).

What you will be doing:
- Customer Engagement: Handling customer inquiries, scheduling workshop appointments, and providing thorough status updates throughout the build or service.
- Parts & Stock Management: Sourcing, ordering, and allocating OEM and aftermarket 4x4 components and accessories.
- Workshop Administration: Creating job cards, producing accurate estimates, and completing final invoicing.
- Technical Liaison: Acting as the link between vehicle owners and workshop technicians to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Aftersales Advisor within the motor trade. Familiarity with 4x4 systems or Land Rover models is a strong advantage.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Tonbridge, Kent, offering an easy daily commute from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Hildenborough.
