Vehicle Service Advisor – High Earnings & Branch Expansion Opportunity
Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with great leadership skills looking to take your career to the next level? Based at our highly successful branch in Tonbridge, this role offers a strong OTE up to 50K.

We are a highly successful, premier independent garage group operating 18 branches across the South East, spanning from Wiltshire to Kent. Our Tonbridge location is a well-established, fast-growing hub covering Class 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 MOTs alongside routine servicing and complex mechanical diagnostics. We pride ourselves on honesty, top-quality workmanship, and a supportive, family-run culture where staff wellbeing comes first. With spectacular sales growth in recent years, we are expanding our operations and need a performance-driven leader to help take the branch to the next level.

- Salary: £32,500 to £35,000 per year + strong OTE Potential
- Hours: Full-time, including 26 Saturdays per year

What you will be doing:
- Managing customer front-of-house interactions, scheduling workshop flow, and delivering exceptional service standards.
- Leading daily branch performance, upholding organized processes, and maintaining high standards of workmanship across all MOT classes and servicing work.
- Utilizing your automotive knowledge to clearly explain repair work, diagnostics, and MOT recommendations to customers.
- Playing an active leadership role in supporting upcoming branch expansion plans and operational growth.
- Requirements: Performance-driven mindset, familiarity with the MOT scheme, strong process management skills, and ideally 5 years of garage management experience.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Tonbridge, making it an easy commute from Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Paddock Wood.
