Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 Basic | OTE £36,000 – £40,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Contract

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturdays (1 in 2) 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary face of our aftersales department. You will manage the entire customer journey from initial contact to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless, premium experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Oversee service bookings, incoming inquiries, and daily workshop scheduling.
