Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (dependent on experience) | £34,720 basic for entry Level 3, fast-tracking to £39,500
- Earnings: £44,220+ OTE with an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £9,500+ per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday (Only 1 in 9 Saturday mornings + optional overtime)

- Training: Fully funded manufacturer EV certification, MOT tester qualification & F-Gas training

Role Overview Seeking an ambitious Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy workshop team, handling routine servicing, complex diagnostics, safety inspections, and general repairs on modern luxury 4x4 vehicles.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Main dealer or strong independent workshop experience
- Solid mechanical and electronic diagnostic capabilities
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools

- Base: Tonbridge area
- Commutable From: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Paddock Wood, Crawley
