Bonus Potential: £6,000 – £21,000 per year (Monthly Team Bonus)

Due to continuous local growth, our high-volume workshop in Tonbridge is expanding its team. We are looking for a skilled, quality-driven Vehicle Technician & Active MOT Tester to join a supportive, well-equipped garage.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2 with equivalent proven experience) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Active MOT Tester: Valid DVSA MOT Testing License with an established, blemish-free testing record (minimum 2 years' testing experience preferred).
- Skill Set: Capable of executing everything from routine servicing to in-depth diagnostic troubleshooting and mechanical repairs to a high standard.
- Work Ethic: A team player who aligns with our core values of honesty, quality, and accurate first-time fixes.
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and current UK Work Authorisation.

Featuring fully equipped servicing bays alongside Class 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 testing lanes, you will work on a wide variety of domestic, commercial, and specialist vehicles.
