Salary: Up to £45,000 basic | OTE up to £62,000 + Premium Company Car

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Service Manager to spearhead our busy aftersales department in Tonbridge. Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Workshop Manager within a main dealership (premium or luxury brand experience is highly desirable).
  • A proactive leadership style—someone who leads by example on the workshop floor, not just from behind a desk.
  • Familiarity with Pinnacle DMS is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational abilities paired with a resilient, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • A valid, full UK driving licence.
