The Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Service Manager to lead our busy Tonbridge aftersales department. Managing a premium brand requires an eye for detail; we need a visible leader who will dive into daily operations, support the team during peak times, and drive outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop and service desk operations for maximum efficiency and premium service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain strict manufacturer and premium brand standards while handling customer queries professionally.
- Monitor KPIs, workshop loading, and health & safety compliance.
- Oversee month-end procedures to hit performance targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Main dealer or busy automotive workshop management experience (premium brand experience is a plus).
- A proactive, hands‑on leadership style—leading from the front, not just the desk.
- Pinnacle DMS experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a resilient, problem‑solving mindset.
- A valid, full UK driving licence.
