The Role:
As our Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will oversee the entire customer journey from the initial booking to vehicle collection, translating technical workshop updates into clear, professional advice.
Customer Care: Explain vehicle services and necessary repairs in an approachable, clear, and honest manner.
Workshop Scheduling: Keep the daily workflow organized by managing bookings through our GDS system.
Client Relations: Maintain the high standards of service that our long-term, local customers expect.
Qualifications:
- Background in a customer-facing role (experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a natural commitment to honesty and transparency.
