- Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE (Competitive Basic + Rewarding Bonus Scheme)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview
Seeking an ambitious, pro-active Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our growing team. As the primary liaison between our passionate customers and the workshop, you will oversee vehicle servicing and repair journeys, deliver first-class personalized communication, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.
Requirements
- Proven, established experience in an Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor role within the motor trade.
- Outstanding communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and excellent organizational ability in a busy environment.
- Strong professional presentation with a solid understanding of vehicle products and maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
