Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 basic per annum + Lucrative bonus scheme (Realistic OTE £35,000)
- Hours: Full-time permanent position (46.33 hours/week | Monday – Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays)

- Workload: Managing customer service touchpoints, booking vehicles into the workshop, updating clients on required work, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and achieving targets by upselling products.

Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy Swindon dealership team. You will act as the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, keeping clients fully informed, answering queries, managing bookings, and delivering an exceptional overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and confidence using computer software systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Prior experience in an automotive service advisor or aftersales role is welcomed, but not required—we strongly encourage applications from customer-focused individuals looking to launch their career in the motor trade!
