- Salary: up to £28,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Optional overtime up to 45 hours). No weekends!

What you will be doing:
- Customer Experience: Greeting guests, managing bookings, documenting vehicle concerns, and ensuring total satisfaction.

- Workshop Liaison: Managing the service calendar and collaborating with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced retail customer service or automotive service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
