Your Role

As a dedicated MOT Tester in our structured Swindon facility, you will:

  • Carry out MOT inspections in strict accordance with DVSA regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain precise digital MOT records and complete accurate vehicle inspection documentation.
  • Keep the MOT bay clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times while upholding strict health and safety standards.
  • Communicate MOT results, advisories, and failures clearly with the service advisor team to maintain smooth workshop flow.

What You Need

  • Licensing & Certification: Must be a fully qualified MOT Tester holding a valid, active DVSA MOT Licence. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
  • Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record conducting MOT tests within a modern dealership or independent garage setting.
  • Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential for moving vehicles around the facility.
  • Equipment: Must possess basic hand tools required for testing and inspection checks.
  • Key Strengths: Sharp attention to detail, strong commitment to DVSA compliance, excellent punctuality, and the confidence to manage a bay independently.
