- Salary: Competitive pay of £13.46 per hour (Based on a 40-hour week) + OTE bonuses up to £200 per month, plus additional fees earned for selling lucrative service plans.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Overtime available up to 45 hours for extra earning potential).

What you will be doing:
- Customer Experience: Greeting customers warmly, listening to their vehicle concerns, documenting issues accurately in our dealer management system, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.
- Service Coordination: Conducting vehicle inspections, providing detailed service reports, and clearly explaining recommended car repairs, vehicle maintenance, and accurate job estimates to customers.
- Workflow Management: Scheduling appointments, managing the service department's calendar, and coordinating closely with our workshop technicians and car mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or a similar fast-paced retail customer service role is preferred. You must have strong communication skills, proficient computer skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Knowledge of automotive systems or dealership operations is a distinct plus.
