The Rewards
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your hands-on experience and technical skill level).
- Guaranteed Weekends Off: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30—enjoy permanent, stable weekday hours with strictly zero weekend shifts required.

Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Swansea dealership workshop, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, engine work, and chassis maintenance to strict standards.
- Use advanced manufacturer diagnostic tools to systematically identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Complete digital job cards and video health checks (VHC) to provide clear updates to our service team and customers.
- Maintain high safety standards, completing safety-critical repairs to deliver clean "first-time fix" results.
What You Need
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Strong background in modern vehicle repair and diagnostics. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: Full UK manual driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools. Strong diagnostic skills, positive work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
