We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our franchised workshop team in Swansea. Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Swansea dealership workshop, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, engine work, and chassis maintenance to brand standards.
- Use advanced manufacturer diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Complete digital job cards and video health checks (VHC) to provide clear updates to our service team and customers.
- Maintain high safety standards, completing safety-critical repairs to deliver clean "first-time fix" results.
What You Need
- Qualifications & Experience: Level 2 Motor Vehicle qualification required (NVQ Level 3 preferred) with a strong background in modern vehicle repair.
- F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: Full UK manual driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools for daily workshop repair tasks.
- Key Strengths: Strong diagnostic skills, a positive work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
