The Rewards
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings including bonus).
- Bonus: Generous monthly performance-related efficiency bonus scheme.
- Overtime: Saturday mornings available and paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (plus optional weekend overtime).

Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Swansea team, you will:
- Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Carry out motor vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs to approved manufacturer standards.
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults using specialized manufacturer systems.
- Customer Excellence: Maintain high efficiency and 'right first time' standards to ensure unbeatable customer service.
- Digital Integration: Complete digital multi-point inspections and work cards accurately using our internal IT systems.
- Teamwork: Work confidently as an individual on complex tasks while collaborating closely with the workshop and service advice teams.
What You Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous main dealership experience is ideal, though we highly welcome strong technicians looking to step up from an independent garage.
- Technical Skill: A strong technical knowledge base, solid IT literacy, and a professional work ethic.
- Licensing & Compliance: A full UK driving licence is required. The successful candidate will complete a basic DBS check, fully paid for by the employer.
- Certification: An MOT tester licence is preferred but not essential.
