Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your hands-on experience and technical skill level)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (100% WEEKEND FREEDOM with strictly zero weekend work required!)

Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our busy, highly respected independent garage team in Swansea. You will carry out complex mechanical repairs, engine work, routine servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting using advanced multi-brand tools, and complete digital vehicle health checks across a wide range of customer vehicles to high industry standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with a strong understanding of modern vehicle systems
- Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and mechanical repair
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card or F-Gas certification is advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK manual driving licence & own hand tools
