Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Swansea team, you will:
- Carry out motor vehicle servicing, safety inspections, and complex mechanical repairs to approved manufacturer standards.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic software and equipment to efficiently identify, investigate, and rectify technical faults.
- Bring a strong work ethic to ensure a "right first time" fix, maximizing safety, reliability, and vehicle performance.
- Work confidently on your own initiative while collaborating effectively with the wider service and workshop team.
- Use digital job cards and dealership software systems to maintain accurate service documentation.

What You Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification) is required.
- Experience: Proven experience working within a franchised dealership environment or busy independent service centre (ideally 1–2 years post-qualification).
- Key Strengths: Strong technical knowledge, IT literacy, a solid work ethic, and excellent communication skills. An active MOT licence is preferred but not essential.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
