What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily workshop flow, allocate jobs, delegate tasks to technicians, and oversee strict quality control.
- Handle end‑to‑end manufacturer and internal warranty claims accurately.
- Step in to assist the team with vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs during peak times.
- Ensure all tablet‑based digital job cards and vehicle health checks (VHC) are completed efficiently.
- Drive workshop productivity and efficiency while maintaining strict health and safety compliance.
What We Need
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Workshop Mechanic ready for the next step in their career.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) with strong diagnostic skills.
- Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a team, coordinate workflow, and handle vehicle warranty claims.
- Compliance: A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
