The Package
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally diverse and premium lineup of vehicles, ensuring every job is executed to precision standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and high‑quality mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using up‑to‑date diagnostic software and equipment.
- Performing comprehensive multi‑point safety inspections, health checks, and preparing sports and prestige retail stock to pristine conditions.
- Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service desk regarding parts and timelines.
- Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit crew of technicians to minimize vehicle turnaround times.
What We Are Looking For
- No formal qualifications required—we value proven workshop experience, confidence on the tools, and strong mechanical know‑how above anything else.
- Solid experience in vehicle servicing, retail vehicle preparation, and fault diagnosis (experience with premium, sports, or prestige brands is a plus but not essential).
- A proactive team player with excellent time‑management skills and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
- The adaptability to work efficiently across various premium vehicle makes, models, and systems.

Our workshop is located in Stoke‑on‑Trent (Trentham area) and is within a 15‑mile commute of the following locations: Newcastle‑under‑Lyme, Crewe, Leek, Stafford, Stone, Congleton, Uttoxeter, Nantwich.
