- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team efficiency bonus
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays on a fair team rota basis

Core Responsibilities
- Carry out systematic diagnostic fault-finding across complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Perform major mechanical overhauls, including timing belts/chains, clutch replacements, gearbox builds, and suspension work
- Complete scheduled servicing, multi-point health checks, and pre-MOT safety inspections
- Record accurate technical findings on digital job sheets and brief front-of-house staff on job progress
- Keep work bays clean, organized, and compliant with workshop health and safety standards
Candidate Profile
- Technical Experience: Time-served mechanic with solid confidence in heavy mechanical work and diagnostic fault isolation
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background)
- MOT Status: Active MOT Tester licence is a strong asset for higher starting pay, but is not essential to apply
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
