What is in it for you:
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE) + OTE £38,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for retail and fleet customers, delivering a seamless check-in and vehicle handover experience.
- Building clear, detailed job cards for technicians and translating technical diagnostic reports into plain, easy-to-understand explanations for customers.
- Identifying upsell opportunities for essential maintenance, service plans, and accessories to consistently meet monthly performance and revenue targets.
- Overseeing the workshop schedule alongside service managers to ensure work is completed on time and customers are kept proactively updated throughout the day.
- Managing final invoicing, processing payments, and processing accurate warranty documentation in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Southampton, making it an easy commute from Eastleigh, Winchester, Totton, and Romsey.
