Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 | Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Occasional Saturday mornings on a rotated shift pattern | NO SUNDAYS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor / Vehicle Aftersales Representative to join our busy workshop team. In this pivotal front-facing role, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers—managing bookings, communicating vehicle repair needs, selling additional service solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Representative within the automotive industry (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Confidence using digital dealership tools, service scheduling systems, and administrative software.
- Knowledge of FCA guidelines and core automotive service processes is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Hedge End area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by major regional routes (including M27 and A335), offering fast commutes across Hampshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via nearby mainline railway stations alongside regular regional bus services.
- Commutable From: Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham, Portsmouth, and Romsey.
