What is in it for you:
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + Strong Bonus Potential
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy extra weekend prep time with 1 in 3 Fridays ending early at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary contact for customers, managing their service bookings and liaising directly with technicians.
- Reviewing electronic vehicle health checks with clients, offering clear explanations on necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Recommending additional maintenance items, service plans, and accessories to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Overseeing key drop offs, invoicing, payment collection, and precise record keeping throughout the service lifecycle.
- Driving top level customer feedback by ensuring every client enjoys a smooth, transparent service experience.
Commutable Locations
This role is based in Southampton, making it an easy commute from Eastleigh, Totton, Romsey, and Fareham.
