Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and capability)
- Overtime: Available and paid separately (straight salary with no corporate commission pressure)
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible start and finish times available for the right candidate)
- Perks: Free on-site parking, holiday allowance, access to workshop ramps for personal project cars (subject to availability), and a friendly, sociable atmosphere
- Workload & Fleet Management: Routine servicing, preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, general upkeep, and managing the 6-monthly MOT schedules for a specialized commercial fleet

Role Overview Seeking a confident, independent Fleet Technician to manage, maintain, and service our commercial vehicle fleet. You will step into a crucial role ensuring that our public service vehicles remain safe, reliable, fully compliant, and ready for daily operations, keeping thousands of children safely on the move.
Requirements
- Confident and capable of working independently on light commercial / public service vehicles (PSVs).
- Strong practical knowledge of maintaining and repairing commercial fleets (experience with Fiat Ducatos, Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, Ford Transits, and Peugeot Boxers is highly beneficial).
- Ability to hit the ground running with preventative maintenance and fleet compliance.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
