Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!)

- Workload: Front-of-house customer reception, booking commercial vehicles and fleet vans into the workshop, managing customer communications, handling workshop job card invoicing, and arranging onward travel solutions

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy commercial vehicle workshop team. You will serve as the primary link between our retail/fleet customers and workshop technicians, ensuring smooth communications, accurate job scheduling, and high customer satisfaction from vehicle check-in through to handover.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Executive within an automotive main dealer or commercial vehicle environment.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and solid IT literacy.
- Organized, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage busy workshop diaries and fleet client expectations.
- Full UK driving licence.
