Automotive Mechanic / Vehicle Technician – Hitchin
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 | Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional Saturday)

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and MOTs to DVSA standards
- Perform advanced fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic systems
- Work on engines, gearboxes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Assist with retrofit installations and calibration tasks
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding faults and solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Occasional off-site work when required
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong mechanical ability across all makes and models
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
- Positive, professional attitude and good customer communication
- Full UK driving licence
- Bonus skills: experience with advanced diagnostics, retrofits, or engine/gearbox work
