The Role

You’ll be joining a busy, growing workshop with a 5‑week forward booking schedule, working on a wide range of premium and performance vehicles. This is a hands‑on, varied position where quality matters. Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Servicing, maintenance, and MOT work
  • Diagnostics and fault finding using modern systems
  • Mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Working on premium and performance vehicles
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
  • Supporting a close‑knit workshop team
  • Occasional customer communication around repairs and faults

About You

We’re looking for a confident, capable Technician who can get stuck in from day one.

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding ability
  • Experience in a busy workshop environment
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Mercedes experience is beneficial (shared diagnostic platform)
