The Payload

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary per year (fully negotiable and tailored to your hands‑on skills and experience).
  • Hours: Monday – Friday schedule (with Saturdays covered on a fair, well‑managed team rota).
  • Holiday: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (30 days total paid leave per year).

What You Will Be Doing

  • Modern & Classic Care: Handling high‑quality servicing, fault‑finding, and repairs on everything from brand‑new, modern tech to iconic classic vehicles.
  • Race Weekend Project Cars: Turning spanners on custom project builds, tuning performance parts, and executing modifications to get team vehicles 100% race‑ready.
  • Travel & Track Support: Enjoying opportunities to travel with the crew to motorsport and off‑road events to provide active mechanical backup.
  • Specialist Engineering: Executing full chassis swaps, precision engine rebuilds, suspension lifts, bespoke fabrication, and custom welding.

What We Need From You

  • Experience: You are a proven, confident Car Mechanic or Vehicle Technician. While formal Level 3 qualifications are great, we value your real‑world, hands‑on mechanical competence and problem‑solving abilities above all else.
