What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing factory-level diagnostic software, oscilloscopes, and wiring schematics for complex electrical and electronic fault-finding.
  • Complex Engine & Drivetrain: Executing major mechanical builds, timing chains, cambelts, clutches, gearboxes, and precision suspension setups.
  • Technical Guidance: Acting as the senior technical authority in the workshop, supporting fellow technicians on complex diagnostic cases.
  • Quality Assurance: Carrying out final quality checks and ensuring all work meets pristine safety and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent Master-level portfolio).
  • Proven track record as a Senior, Master, or Diagnostic Specialist with exceptional troubleshooting logic.
  • Deep familiarity with multi-brand diagnostic platforms and complex mechanical overhauls.
  • A full UK driving licence.
