About the Role

You’ll work on an exciting variety of vehicles — from rugged 4x4s and custom builds to performance upgrades and race-spec conversions. This is a hands-on, high-energy role in a well-equipped, forward-thinking workshop where no two days are the same. As part of our in-house motorsport race team, you’ll also have opportunities to get involved with off-road events and competitions, both in the UK and abroad.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on 4x4s, race vehicles, and road cars
  • Assist with fabrication, welding, and custom modification projects
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, air conditioning, and hybrid / EV systems
  • Prepare and maintain race vehicles for events and testing
  • Work collaboratively in a friendly, skilled workshop team
  • Maintain exceptional standards of safety, accuracy, and workmanship
