The Work: True Mechanical Innovation
- Turning spanners on custom project builds, installing performance upgrades, and executing modifications to get team vehicles 100% race‑ready.
- Executing deep‑level tasks including suspension lifts, bespoke fabrication, custom welding, and major unit overhauls.
- Providing live, high‑adrenaline mechanical support at thrilling track and off‑road events as part of our close‑knit race crew.
- Handling high‑quality servicing, deep fault‑finding, and mechanical repairs across a diverse mix of modern 4x4s and iconic classics.
Are You The One?
- Proven, confident experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic. While formal qualifications are great, we value your real‑world, hands‑on mechanical competence above all else.
- A genuine, deep‑rooted interest in off‑road vehicles, classic cars, and high‑performance motorsport builds.
- A versatile technician with a strong hunger to learn specialised skills like custom welding, fabrication, and trackside engineering.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
