- Salary: £35,000 basic per annum
- Bonus: Easy, uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£1,000+ per month / £12,000+ per year)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
Seeking a motivated Junior Service / PDI Technician to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a clean, straightforward role focused on pre-delivery inspections (PDI), fresh car prep, and routine servicing across modern VAG passenger cars, while earning exceptional basic pay and learning from senior master technicians.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop / PDI experience).
- Efficient work style with a passion for clean vehicle prep, routine maintenance, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to upskill and learn VAG diagnostic systems through manufacturer-backed training.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Royal Tunbridge Wells area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Directly served by the A21, A26, and A264, offering fast commutes across West Kent and East Sussex.
