Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + bonus structure
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis

Role Overview Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor / Service Writer to act as the primary link between our customers and workshop team. You will handle incoming service bookings, explain vehicle health checks clearly, prepare repair quotes, and ensure every driver leaves with a positive 5-star experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Customer Service Specialist.
- Strong communication skills with an approachable, customer-first mindset.
- Confidence using workshop management DMS software and computer systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Location & Commute
- Base: Tunbridge Wells Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Directly served by the A21 and A26 corridors, offering fast links to the M25 and surrounding region.
- Public Transport: Accessible via main rail lines and local bus connections.
- Commutable From: Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Paddock Wood, Maidstone, and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
