The Role

You’ll be the face of our business, acting as the vital link between our customers and our technicians. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience while maintaining an efficient workshop flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care: Greet customers, manage bookings, and provide clear progress updates.
  • Workflow Management: Create electronic job cards, coordinate with technicians, and manage job allocations.
  • Administration: Handle quotes, invoicing, parts ordering, and payment processing.
  • Front-of-House: Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Industry Experience: Proven background as a Service Advisor or Receptionist within an automotive/garage environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using motor trade management systems and handling digital job cards.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical repairs to customers in a clear, friendly way.
  • Organisation: A multitasker who can stay calm and efficient during busy morning drop-offs.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle servicing and MOT processes.
