The Role
As our Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering the premium experience our dealership is known for.
You'll be responsible for:
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the day.
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team.
- Preparing estimates and explaining completed work.
- Managing invoices and delivering excellent customer service from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, organised and positive attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in looking after customers.
