The Role

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our business, bridging the gap between our valued customers and our workshop technicians. Your main objective will be to deliver a seamless, top‑tier customer experience while keeping the workshop workflow efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relations: Welcoming clients, scheduling bookings, and providing transparent updates on vehicle progress.
  • Workshop Coordination: Generating electronic job cards, liaising with technicians, and assisting with daily job allocations.
  • Office Administration: Managing repair quotes, processing invoices, ordering parts, and handling customer payments.
