What you will be doing:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner and booking vehicles into the workshop.
  • Liaising with the technical team to track vehicle progress and ensuring customer handover occurs at the promised time.
  • Handling high volumes of customer telephone inquiries, setting up onward travel arrangements, and keeping clients updated.
  • Providing transparent guidance on required repairs while maintaining thorough product and brand expertise.

Requirements: Previous experience in a busy automotive Service Advisor role, strong IT literacy, and excellent phone communication skills are essential.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Bognor Regis, making it an easy commute from Chichester, Littlehampton, Arundel, and Worthing.
