What you will be doing: Liaise directly with customers regarding ongoing repairs, outstanding work, and Service Plan follow-ups. Log all appointments, reservations, and MOTs accurately into the central database while building customer records. Maintain clear, continuous communication with customers while their vehicle is in the workshop, ensuring excellent service and handling payments smoothly. Complete accurate job cards, control the booking and allocation of courtesy cars, and resolve any complaints quickly and effectively.
