If you hold a valid MOT Smart Card, possess strong diagnostic fault-finding capabilities, and pride yourself on a steady work history, this established team wants to invest in your long-term future.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct official Class 4 MOT tests in strict compliance with DVSA standards
  • Systematically isolate and repair complex mechanical, electronic, and software faults across multi-brand inventory
  • Execute routine vehicle servicing, cambelt/timing chain replacements, clutch overhauls, and general maintenance
  • Complete precise digital job cards and communicate clearly with service management
  • Maintain right-first-time quality control while working efficiently within a supportive team

Candidate Profile

  • MOT Qualification: Active, valid DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester Licence (Mandatory)
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent)
  • Employment Stability: Demonstrated history of long tenure in previous roles, showing commitment and reliability
  • Technical Skills: Confident multi-brand diagnostic, fault-finding, and heavy mechanical capabilities
  • Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
