What you will be doing:

  • Delivering an exceptional first impression to every customer, managing appointments and coordinating with the workshop.
  • Presenting vehicle inspection reports clearly, explaining technical repairs, and guiding clients through their service options.
  • Identifying opportunities for relevant add ons, service plans, and accessories to boost dealership targets.
  • Processing customer billing, handling payments, and ensuring all administrative steps are complete from start to finish.
  • Keeping customer satisfaction metrics high through proactive communication and outstanding customer care.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Salisbury, making it a straightforward commute from Amesbury, Wilton, Romsey, and Fordingbridge.
