What is in it for you:
- Salary: £15,000 OTE basic salary per annum with a guaranteed £30,000 basic earnings rate for your first 6 months, plus a competitive uncapped bonus package.
- Hours: Full-time, 4 days Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturdays (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), and Sundays (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) on a 1-in-3 weekend rota.

What you will be doing:
- Engaging with prospective and existing showroom customers in person, via phone, video, and online channels.
- Presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, and preparing tailored vehicle finance quotations.
- Managing customer interactions and pipeline progression accurately using our internal CRM system (Kompass).
- Maintaining a high-standard display for all physical showroom vehicles and online digital listings.
- Following up post-sale to build long-term relationships and maintain maximum customer satisfaction scores.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Tunbridge Wells, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Crowborough.
