The Package
- Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year basic (Depending on experience) + Performance-Related Productive Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday (with Saturdays on a rota basis)
- Training: Happy to support with advanced qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of customer cars, fleet vehicles, and light commercial vans, ensuring every job is executed to the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine vehicle servicing, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and manufacturer-scheduled maintenance.
- Performing specialized diagnostic checks, fault-finding, and root-cause analysis on complex mechanical and electrical emission systems.
- Assisting with or leading technical tasks, including DPF recovery, system pressure tests, advanced brake overhauls, and suspension repairs.
- Upholding stringent quality control standards to maximize first-time fixes and guarantee total customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining precise electronic workshop records and collaborating effectively with the tight-knit team to manage turnaround times efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostic analysis, and mechanical repair is required.
- Solid experience in multi-point safety inspections, component fault-finding, and routine vehicle preparation.
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to high independent workmanship standards.
- The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle models, generations, and modern drivetrains.
- A valid UK driving licence.
