The Role – Vehicle Technician
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
- Carry out vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and MOT preparation
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete repairs and performance upgrades
- Work to high standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
- Work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Confident working on modern vehicles and complex systems
- Ability to work independently in an independent garage environment
