The Role – Vehicle Technician

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

  • Carry out vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Perform servicing, maintenance, and MOT preparation
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
  • Complete repairs and performance upgrades
  • Work to high standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
  • Work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team

Candidate Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working on modern vehicles and complex systems
  • Ability to work independently in an independent garage environment
  • Passion for automotive engineering and performance vehicles
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
