What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out precision routine maintenance, complex safety inspections, and high‑level mechanical/electrical repairs strictly to prestigious manufacturer standards.
- Utilising advanced corporate diagnostic systems to accurately pinpoint, troubleshoot, and conquer complex faults on premium vehicles.
- Working efficiently to meet and exceed workshop productivity targets while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality.
- Collaborating smoothly with an elite team of workshop professionals and factory‑trained leaders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent international portfolio.
- Experience: Proven technical experience working to high quality standards, ideally within a franchised main dealer network or a high‑end specialist environment.
- Drive: A passionate professional with sharp technical knowledge, a target‑driven mindset, and a desire to constantly improve.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
