What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out routine servicing, vehicle maintenance, and safety inspections across a mix of brands.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults using up-to‐date diagnostic equipment.
  • Completing warranty work and software updates to manufacturer standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
  • Conducting MOT tests (if licensed).

Are You The One? (Requirements)

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • MOT Licence: Open to existing MOT testers, or those looking to gain their licence.
  • Experience: Proven hands‐on experience in a workshop environment. Main dealer or multi‐brand experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter most.
  • Location: You must be local to the Tunbridge Wells or Kent area for an easy daily commute.
  • Traits: A reliable team player with a passion for customer care and a full UK driving licence.
