What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing & Repairs: Undertaking routine manufacturer maintenance, vehicle health inspections, and multi-system mechanical repairs.
- VAG Diagnostics: Utilizing factory-level diagnostic software under guided training to isolate electrical and mechanical faults accurately.
- Continuous Upskilling: Participating in regular Volkswagen manufacturer training modules to advance toward Senior/Master Technician accreditations.
- Workshop Excellence: Delivering a "Right First Time" fix standard while collaborating with a high-performing service and workshop team.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent).
- Proven hands-on workshop experience in a garage or dealership setting.
- Eager, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to complete manufacturer qualifications and hit efficiency targets.
- A full UK driving licence.
