What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, brake overhauls, suspension replacement, and core mechanical repairs.




• Shadowing Senior/Master Techs to learn modern diagnostic software and isolate complex electrical and mechanical faults.




• Maintaining clean \"Right First Time\" work standards to uphold our 4.9-star customer rating.




• Logging work orders clearly and collaborating with a friendly, supportive front-of-house service team.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience inside a professional garage, fast-fit centre, or dealership workshop.




• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage experience).




• Eager, positive mindset with a genuine hunger to learn diagnostics and step up to Senior Technician level.




• Valid full UK driving licence.
